Hi, I’m Autumn.

I believe in a simple camera, good light and an honest story.

I’ve been photographing for more than twenty years. For thirteen of them I also worked the other side of the shoot, as a Senior Creative Producer and Visuals Director, building productions for other people’s stories. That work taught me how an image gets made: the brief, the schedule, the light at three in the afternoon, the prop that never arrives. It also taught me that the best pictures come from paying attention, not from control.

Now I photograph the people who make things — florists and ceramicists, chefs and bakers, farmers, winemakers and beekeepers, candle makers and small brands — and the places their work comes from. Fields, kitchens, studios, workshops. I lean toward natural light, considered colour and the grain of film. I’d rather catch a real moment than stage one.

How I work

Every shoot starts with a conversation: what you make, who it’s for, and where the images will live — a product page, a cookbook, a press pitch, a season of posts. From there I plan the light, the shot list and the styling. Because I came up through production, I can also take on creative direction and prop styling, so you can arrive with the work you’re proud of and leave the rest to me.
